<p>Viral Video: অনলাইনে খাবার অর্ডার করার পর অনেক সময়েই ডেলিভারি করতে আসা ব্যক্তিদের আমরা বেশ কিছু অনুরোধ করে থাকি। তবে এবার তাতেই ঘটেছে গন্ডগোল। সম্প্রতি এক জোম্যাটো ডেলিভারি বয় অর্ডারে আসা খাবার খেয়ে নিয়েছেন। কিন্তু কেন? জোম্যাটো ডেলিভারি বয় জানিয়েছেন, গ্রাহক তাঁর বিল্ডিং থেকে নীচে নেমে আসতে চাননি। অনেক রাত হয়ে গিয়েছিল। তাই গ্রাহককে নীচে নেমে আসার অনুরোধ করেছিলেন ডেলিভারি বয়। কিন্তু গ্রাহক আসতে চাননি। আর তাই ডেলিভারি বয় নিজেই ওই অর্ডারের খাবার খেয়ে নিয়েছেন।&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>জোম্যাটোর ওই ডেলিভারি বয়ের নাম অঙ্কুর ঠাকুর। নিজের ইনস্টাগ্রাম হ্যান্ডেলে একটি ভিডিও শেয়ার করেছেন তিনি। সেখানেই ওই যুবক অভিযোগ করেছেন, গ্রাহককে নীচে নেমে এসে খাবার ডেলিভারি নিতে বলায়, ওই গ্রাহক রীতিমতো তর্ক জুড়ে দেন ডেলিভারি বয়ের সঙ্গে। অঙ্কুরের অভিযোগ, ব্যালকনিতে দাঁড়িয়েই চিৎকার করতে থাকেন ওই গ্রাহক। তাঁর দাবি, যেহেতু খাবারের জন্য তিনি টাকা দিয়েছেন, তাই ডেলিভারি বয়কে উপরে উঠে গিয়েই খাবার পৌঁছে দিতে হবে।&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>পাল্টা জবাব দেন অঙ্কুরও। যুবক বলেন, রাত আড়াইটে বেজে গিয়েছে। রাস্তায় বাইক রেখে তিনি যেতে চান না। কারণ কেউ বাইক চুরি করে পালাতে পারে। তাই তিনি গ্রাহককে অনুরোধ করেন, নীচে এসে খাবারের ডেলিভারি নিতে। অঙ্কুর আরও বলেন, শীতের রাতে অনেকটা রাস্তা পেরিয়ে খাবার দিতে এসেছিলেন তিনি। তাই গ্রাহকদেরও একটু নম্র ব্যবহার করা উচিত। এদিকে ক্রমশ বাড়তে থাকে বাক-বিতণ্ডা। ডেলিভারি বয়ের অভিযোগ, ব্যালকনিতে দাঁড়িয়েই ক্রেতা তাঁকে বলেন, হয় উপরে গিয়ে খাবার দিতে হবে, নাহলে অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করতে হবে। এরপরই ঘটে আজব কাণ্ড।&nbsp;
